All licences, insurance policies and other legal entities and verifiable information are authenticated online via either third party web services or independently by Ipro LiVe and securely shared with associated clients.

Collect and verify Information
Ipro LiVe’s prime responsibility is to gather and verify information from contractors and suppliers.
To perform this task, the system uses ANZIC standards to provide individual requirements by the client and tailor the information to the individual supplier and contractor classes. Once all of the data is verified, it is made available to the client via our secure web portal.
Licences, insurance policies, personal/corporate/legal data, references, OHS practices, financial position, environmental performance and training requirements are just some of the types of information that can be gathered by Ipro LiVe. However minimum entry level compliance requirements can be expanded and tailored to suit the needs of the client or contract.
Tailor Ipro LiVe® to meet specific needs
Dynamically designed to meet the needs of its clients, the Ipro LiVe system can be tailored to meet client or contract-specific requirements that incorporate more than the generic system.
For example, the client may wish to perform an internal/external audit on the information provided by prospective contractors/suppliers. The results and reports associated with this audit can be entered into the Ipro LiVe system and, if specified, display the compliance status that has resulted from the audit.
Ipro LiVe can also be expanded to incorporate online inductions, e-tendering facilities and smartcard site access management. Each of these modules can be purchased separately and incorporated into the standard Ipro LiVe compliance and verification system.
