Q. A client I do work for has told me I have to join Ipro LiVe. Why do I have to join?

A. You don't have to, it's entirely optional. However, your prospective client has decided that in order to reduce their risk they will only grant work to Ipro-compliant contractors and suppliers. It is very unlikely that your client will waive this requirement, therefore you may find that they will refuse you work if you are not Ipro LiVe compliant.

Q. OK, I joined, now why do I have to answer all the questions listed in my account?

A. The questions you are required to answer are decided on by each of your clients. Our clients determine the compliance requirements by different industries (categories). Because they are industry specific, you must answer the questions in order for your account to be compliant for each client.

Q. If I am already registered with Ipro LiVe, must I register a second time if another company asks me to register?

A. No. You would not need to register a second time. All you need to do to login to your Ipro LiVe account and attached to this client by slecting the client name in the Add New Client function. Q. If I do not register with Ipro LiVe, will it adversely impact on my ability to secure business with my Ipro LiVe clients in the future?

A. There is no specific answer to this question. The answer depends on the service your company provides.
Our Clients value each of its contractors and suppliers and it is their intent to maintain positive and mutually beneficial relationships with their contractors and suppliers.
Please note the following however:
Firstly, our Clients use the Ipro LiVe system to select contractors and suppliers for future sourcing opportunities. Therefore, we strongly encourage companies that desire to do business with their Ipro LiVe clients in the future to register their qualification information with Ipro LiVe.
Secondly, our clients believe that better sourcing decisions are made when more information about prospective contractors and suppliers is available. Therefore, companies that pursue verified registration with Ipro LiVe will have an advantage in obtaining work as more information will be available to evaluate the business relationship.

Q. How much does it cost to become a client of Ipro LiVe so that I can monitor my contractors and suppliers?

A. There are 4 modules in the Ipro suite of products which will determine the costs involved:
- Ipro LiVe - compliance and verification system
- Ipro iNDUCT - online induction system
- Ipro ICard - online access card system
- Ipro ezTenders - online tendering system

Q. How long would it take to have the Ipro LiVe system up and running if I want to be a client to monitor my contractors and suppliers compliance?

A. Generally speaking, we can have a new client up and running within one month of signing a contract. This is dependent upon clients providing the required information in a timely manner.
