Ipro Solutions Pty Ltd is the inventor, developer and owner of the Ipro LiVe suite of compliance services.

These services include Ipro LiVe compliance and verification, Ipro iNDUCT, Ipro iCard and Ipro ezTenders.

The company commenced in 2005 with the idea of providing an on-line compliance and verification service which could be used by any industry sector to monitor the compliance of contractors, suppliers and consultants in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Management of the company includes extensive experience in construction, property development, software engineering, marketing and business re-engineering.

The two main aims of the founders were:

  • develop a simple to use, on-line, live database that would interact with third-party databases to provide current information to clients regarding contractor, supplier and consultants compliance information.
  • enable contractors, suppliers and consultants to only have to enter data once into a web based central system to provide shared compliance information that is true and correct at all times by the use of live verification with third-party databases.

The two aims have been achieved by a patented process and verification service that gives instant compliance status by having direct links with government and third-party databases, thereby enabling Ipro LiVe to be Australia’s premier compliance and verification services which also services New Zealand.

Continuing with the Ipro name, the founders took the lead in identifying the shortcomings in the complexities of compliance management in the many forms of business processes and undertook research and development to understand the needs of business.

Soon, the success of the Ipro LiVe compliance and verification service module expanded into other areas which were identified by the company as an extension to the original concept.

These addition modules include employee compliance monitoring, plant and equipment monitoring, on-line inductions, etendering and site access monitoring.

These additional modules all integrate with the Ipro LiVe system which is the heart of the product offering with Ipro LiVe positioning it’s technology solution to help companies streamline communication and manage documentation.

Industry leaders in significant business sectors such as petroleum, local government, health and construction saw the benefits of the Ipro LiVe offering, and engaged Ipro Solutions to manage their contractor, supplier and consultant compliance information which has resulted in substantial growth for the company.
